    I represent clients at every stage of criminal and civil litigation proceedings; conduct case analysis, strategy discussions and collaboration with co-counsel and joint defense counsel; draft and review agreements and business documents; prepare, serve and respond to discovery proceedings, subpoenas and investigations; conduct and defend depositions; appear in state and federal courts and argue at arraignments, hearings, motions, settlement conferences, bench trials, pleas, sentencings and appeals; draft motions, briefs and legal memoranda for supreme, district, appellate courts and Court of Appeals; review and analyze contracts and legal documents..  

    I draft extensive sentencing memoranda: create, cultivate and edit sentencing mitigation media and materials for submission to federal judges in white collar criminal cases and successfully obtain significant reductions of clients’ sentences. .

    I counsel clients and their families extensively throughout civil and criminal proceedings, settlements, pleas and sentencing; represent clients in meetings with state and federal agencies; advocate and protect rights of clients, businesses and non-for-profits at FBI raids and meetings or proffer sessions with federal and state prosecutors and government agencies; encourage and elicit relevant facts for effective client representation; assist in negotiations of plea bargains with federal and state prosecutors; visit clients in prisons for interviews, consultations and strategy sessions; served as co-counsel in month long murder trial; assisted in appeal which overturned that conviction.
